Responsibilities: As a Senior Software Engineer Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and expertise to the team, ensuring high-quality code and successful project delivery.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
• Depending on your expertise, actively contribute to backend or frontend development projects using JavaScript-related frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Collaborate with the architecture team to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, enforce best practices, and promote knowledge sharing.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap, staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Drive innovation within the team by exploring new technologies and development methodologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional products and features.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Substantial experience in software development with a strong track record of leading and mentoring teams.
• Proficiency in architectural design and software development best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven expertise in either backend or frontend development using JavaScript-related frameworks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
