In this role, you will work as part of a team to develop, maintain, and enhance one or more digital products and platforms that seek to yield a significant business benefit, helping us build dynamic advantage and market differentiation through execution on innovation.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?xc2xb7 Work with Program Manager, Product Owner, Lead UI Developer, UX Designer, project team and internal stake holders to develop data & AI applications.xc2xb7 Take ownership of the development process when required.xc2xb7 Self-directedly able to collaborate with the partner teams.xc2xb7 Able to provide technical inputs to help the team make the decision when needed.xc2xb7 Able to provide inputs on estimation of the development efforts.xc2xb7 Execute development activities as senior Full-Stack Developer for IDA applications, portals & integrations.

• Collaborating with design, project, and other team members, discussing problem solving approaches, participating in code reviews and pair programming.

• Contributing to daily stand ups and other agile ceremonies to ensure visibility of team progress.
• Using and extending our existing back-end web application and infrastructure codebases, adhering to their code standards and structure while bearing in mind the advantages and consequences of refactoring and upgrading.

• Ensure that the solution is designed to perform across multiple platforms.

xc2xb7 Work with Lead UI Developer and support on technical design, target state software architectures, data mappings & integration mechanisms.xc2xb7 Analyze & understand the requirements, take ownership for delivering the assigned development task and ensure quality deliverables. Optimized coding with good documentation.xc2xb7 Working as part of an Agile squad & vendors, ensure delivery within tight timelines and meeting the expectations of the team.xc2xb7 Engage in the entire lifecycle of the development project.xc2xb7 Support Lead Developer in engagement with GT governance forums, ensuring alignment with AXA architecture standards as the project moves through the relevant stage gates.xc2xb7 Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet delivery timelines with a high degree of client satisfaction is critical.You will report to the Digital UX Division Lead.QualificationsSHARE your talentWexe2x80x99re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:xc2xb7 Relevant years of experience in full stack development using Java, JavaScript / CSS / React.js.
