About the team: DHL Services is accelerating the Group\'s digitalization journey and evolving to become a competitive advantage for DPDHL. We have recently formed the DevSecOps Services & Digital Touchpoints department to enhance our digital solutions and develop compelling & resilient end-to-end services. Our team of developers, based in the Czech Republic, Malaysia and India, is there to build and maintain an IT infrastructure and service management portals. We have the skills and expertise to keep the systems running smoothly, to keep them up to date and secure, and to provide our partners with the latest features they need. Using Teams and GitHub, we collaborate seamlessly. We\'re like the United Nations of technology. With partners in the Czech Republic, Germany, India, Malaysia, the USA and even Costa Rica, we\'re a global team. Who do we look for We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced full stack developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, Python and MongoDB. Here\'s what you\'ll be doing: Design, develop and maintain web applications using Javascript, Python and MongoDB Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code Troubleshoot and debug application issues Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the applications Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs Help maintain code quality and organization Here\'s what we\'re looking for: Strong knowledge and experience in Javascript, Python and MongoDB Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript frameworks such as React or jQuery Experience with back-end frameworks such as Flask or Express Experience with database management and optimization Strong understanding of web development concepts and best practices Familiarity with Git version control Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment If you are a self-motivated and passionate developer who is eager to take on new challenges and make an impact, we would love to hear from you!
