About the role:

We seek driven software engineers who love building new products and thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment. In this role, you will have the freedom to own the front and back end of our early-stage AI-powered solutions, help shape their future development, and directly impact the evolution of AI in business.

What you'll do:

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to support both the current needs of the platform and its future growth.
• Develop clean user interfaces and manage the full lifecycles of our AI applications.
• Fine-tune and extensively test AI models to ensure they meet the required quality standards for accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Design and develop intuitive dashboards that provide users with actionable insights, analytics, and performance summaries in a user-friendly format.
• Closely study in-app customer behavior to create and refine interfaces that deliver a fun, intuitive user experience.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot both frontend and backend components to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Articulate and maintain comprehensive documentation of code, architecture, processes, and lessons learned to ensure long-term maintainability, scalability, and accelerated incubation.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring for fast, reliable software releases.
• Continuously monitor system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
• Drive fast iteration cycles; we value speed and the ability to adapt quickly.

You're really talented in:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, NextJs, Typescript, Python, Flask, FastAPI development.
• Postgres/MySQL/NoSQL database design, and AWS/GCP/Azure optimizations.
• Optimizing AI models to improve efficiency and minimize hallucinations.
• Utilizing neural networks, ML, NLP, and speech synthesis technologies to build cutting-edge AI solutions.

What'll make you stand out:

• Recent college passout (2023/2024) with at least 6 months of full-stack development / AI engineering experience at tech startups or product-driven companies.
• While not required, experience building conversational AI applications / AI voice agents would be a huge plus.
• Experience in fine-tuning LLM models would be highly advantageous.
• Ability to move fast in a dynamic environment where things are sometimes loosely defined, priorities may shift, and competing deadlines arise.
• You are meticulous and place great importance on the smallest of details.
• You love tackling challenges and finding creative solutions to complicated problems.
• You like working in a team, but you also enjoy taking charge and solving problems on your own.
