Fulfillment and Production Planning activities responsible for coordinating and planning, plant schedules to meet customer requirements.

This Role involves analyzing Production orders, Part\xe2\x80\x99s forecast, Demand, Supply Signals to complete the Production and Kitting requirements.

The role collaborates with various departments to ensure timely procurement of materials and smooth workflow throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production orders in SAP based in the forecasts, Sales order demand, capacity, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Procurement teams, logistics, Master data to ensure timely availability of components needed for production order and Kitting.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measure to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Collaborate with plant and production team to address production issues and optimize workflow.
• Utilize software systems to track production progress, inventory, and schedule adherence.
• Review processes and identify areas for improvements and implement plan, strategies to increase efficiency.
• Communicate production schedules, updates, and status to customer faces or sales teams.
• Maintain Ontime Delivery - Ensure completion of production orders in timely manner with the lead time or commitment to the customer.
• Review weekly/Daily MRP execution, identify shortage of materials and drive supply
• Creating Purchase requisitions, Transfer orders, Delivery notes in ERP-SAP
• A Brief understanding on the Planning software or tools work to set the stocking levels, generate demand and supply signals.

Skills Required

• Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with experience in Production Planning, Supply chain or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in engineering or MBA in Operations/Supply chain
• Experience in Production Planning, Fulfillment or Planning in a manufacturing or service environment with proficiency in ERP- SAP, Production planning module.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Team Player who Collaborates effectively within the team and cross functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Excel, macros, Creating PPTs and ability to create simple metrics.
• Data analytics and SQL, Hadoop, Tableau query writing skills is preferred.

Additional Skills that is plus for the role

• Knowledge in Problem solving methods and previous experience in six sigma principles is an added advantage.
• A minimum understanding on supervisory roles and provide training, guidance to team members.
• Ability to create SAP macros using VBA scripts.
• Experience in handling projects to improve or transition in the existing process.
