We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is able to exercise patience while investigating issues and helping customers.The Fulfillment and Customer Care (FCC) team is the backbone of Career.io's success.As a FCC Associate, you will be interfacing directly with our customers and experts via telephone and email to generate the best possible experience for Career.ios customers.Youll work with other team members in India and other parts of the world.THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure client and expert satisfaction by practicing, following, and implementing Talent Incs service standards
  • Stay abreast of departmental updates
  • Assist customers and experts with inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses through a variety of platforms (including over the phone and through email)
  • Research customer issues, document findings, and champion solutions
  • Effective communication with co-workers
THE MUST-HAVES
  • High speed internet access, a quiet workstation
  • Ability to work in:
  • US Hours (6:30pm to 3:30am IST)
  • Must be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and willing to resolve matters and provide solutions for those customers\' needs
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • An infectiously positive demeanor
  • The ability to prioritize different tasks and wear multiple hats
THE NICE-TO-HAVES
  • 2-3 years experience in a customer support/client service role
  • Bachelors degree: English/Journalism major would be an asset, but not required
