Business Development Manager - New Client Acquisition FuelBuddy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join as the Business Development Manager - New Client Acquisition. This role is crucial to our expansion plans, and we are looking for a leader who can drive business growth in Bangalore Area.Key Responsibilities :Develop and Execute Sales Strategies :- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies for acquiring new clients in the designated city.- Identify and pursue business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Build, track and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.- Target achievement of overall sales of the region- Maintaining performance through input KPIs on a daily basis.- Build a pipeline for upsell and cross-sell to existing accountsLeadership and Team Management :- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.- Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team is equipped to meet and exceed sales goals.Client Relationship Management :- Build new and nurture strong relationships with clients in the city to enable growth and achieve revenue objectives.- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.- Understand customer requirements and articulate problem statement so as to help pitch/ build the right product.Cross-functional Collaboration :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.Market Analysis and Reporting :- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.Requirements :- 4+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients.- Proven track record of launching & establishing cities and making them profitable.- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.- Results-driven mindset with a strong business acumen.- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving business growth.Workdays : 6 days\' workweek- Willing to travel extensivelyJoining : Immediate (ref:updazz.com)
