• Work on Finance projects as a consultant
• Support project teams with Financial Accounting knowledge
• Provide SME inputs into the change programs/BAU processes to which they are assigned
• Leverage existing HSBC System & process knowledge for quick turnaround on projects
• Enhance skills to act as SME for similar future projects
• Support FSG by developing the Finance consultancy capability
• The role will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to build their SME knowledge across a wide variety of potential opportunities across BAU and Change programmes, gaining experience and exposure to different senior stakeholders
• The role requires a commitment continuous learning and a curious nature, to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement across Global Finance

Requirements

• Graduation in Commerce / Finance / Accounting stream is a must
• Post graduation - CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / M.Com.
• Prior experience of working in Finance domain
• Financial Accounting / Reporting experience
• Good to have Experience of finance change / finance system change implementation
• Exposure to IFRS / IAS
• Added advantage to have French / German GAAP exposure
• Added advantage if have exposure to Python, VBA, Exceptor etc. but not mandatory
