• Guest Reception: Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience.
• Reservation Management: Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately, utilizing the hotel's reservation system.
• Information Desk: Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, catering to their inquiries and needs promptly and professionally.
• Telephone and Email Correspondence: Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries, reservations, and concerns courteously and effectively.
• Payment Processing: Process guest payments, including room charges, deposits, and cash transactions, in compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports to support the efficient functioning of the front office.
• Guest Relations: Build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance to enhance their overall experience at the hotel.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a front office in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred
