In this role, you will be responsible for understanding requirements (use case models, Business Operating Model) as well as the technical designs produced and convert it into working software keeping in mind the RBS development standards and frameworks for React.JS, Redux, HTML 5, Java script , Restful Web services design with a deep understanding of JSON contracts.To qualify for this role, you need to have expert experience and proficiency in React.JS, Redux, HTML 5, Java script, Restful Web services design and development, UI Integration patterns, design & development of User Interface of Enterprise Web-based applications, with good analytical and communication skill. What the Business Does This role is based in the Lending Digital Platform at Technology Services India division reporting to the Project Manager.CPB Lending Transformation Programme is centred around our customers and will deliver many benefits, including:

Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing effectively to projects by preparing and getting agreement on designs and hands-on software development. You will ensure that decisions related to your area of responsibility are taken promptly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

• To analyse requirements, perform impact analysis, Application / Component design, build and unit test the code. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting analyses, designing, preparing code reviews, estimating tasks, and developing software \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out Peer Reviews to ensure that quality goals are met around project deliverables. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively Identify risks / issues & communicate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling technical issues and resolutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Reporting and involving management in case of high severity issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicating and reporting status actively to a varied audience \xe2\x80\xa2 Support implementation activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with suppliers / vendors on designated areas \xe2\x80\xa2 Enable technical knowledge sharing across team

Skills you need:-Front-End \xe2\x80\xa2 Web fundamentals like HTML 5, JavaScript, and CSS \xe2\x80\xa2 Typescript \xe2\x80\xa2 CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS \xe2\x80\xa2 JavaScript frameworks with strong exposure to React.js, Redux and JS-based build tools like Grunt, Gulp, and Bower \xe2\x80\xa2 Libraries like jQuery or Backbone.js \xe2\x80\xa2 Front-end (CSS) frameworks like Foundation or Bootstrap \xe2\x80\xa2 AJAX \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to do low level design, unit testing in UI and API design is a must.
