• Manage and oversee ERP projects from initiation to completion
• Lead project teams in accordance with Agile methodology principles
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Hands-on experience in mobile application development and portal development
• Utilize .Net, React, JavaScript, Python, Frappe, and Flutter technologies
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and development

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technology-related roles
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management
• Proven track record of managing and completing full project cycles (minimum 4)
• Strong experience in Agile methodology
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
