Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer and Designer to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both frontend development and design, with expertise in HTML5, CSS, Scss, JS/jQuery, Angular/Material UI, React, and a range of popular CMS platforms like Drupal, WordPress, Moodle, and Shopify. Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Figma is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development: Create responsive, high-performance web interfaces using HTML5, CSS, Scss, and JS/jQuery. Develop and maintain applications using Angular/Material UI and React.
• CMS Integration: Customize and develop themes and templates for Drupal, WordPress, Moodle, and Shopify to meet client specifications.
• Design Implementation: Convert design mockups from tools like Photoshop and Figma into fully functional, pixel-perfect web pages.
• UI/UX Design: Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. Apply best practices in UI/UX to enhance user experience.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure web applications are optimized for various browsers and devices, ensuring a consistent user experience.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve site performance, including loading speed and responsiveness.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of your code, including unit and integration tests, to identify and fix bugs and compatibility issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer and Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, Scss, and JS/jQuery.
• Experience with Angular/Material UI and React for building complex web applications.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Drupal, WordPress, Moodle, and Shopify.
• Strong design skills with experience in Photoshop and Figma.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
