Role Overview:

We are seeking dynamic Frontend Consultants proficient in React.js and React Native to join our Mumbai-based team. This role involves developing and enhancing web and mobile applications while maintaining high performance and responsive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development:

Build and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React.js.

Develop high-quality mobile applications with React Native for iOS and Android.

UI/UX Integration:

Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

State Management & APIs:

Implement efficient state management using tools like Redux or MobX.

Integrate with backend APIs to fetch and display dynamic content.

Code Quality & Optimization:

Ensure optimal application performance by writing clean, efficient, and reusable code.

Perform code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards.

Testing & Debugging:

Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.

Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks, cross-browser compatibility, and responsiveness issues.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless applications.

Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.

Technical Skills Required:

Frontend Frameworks: Proficient in React.js and React Native with a strong understanding of their ecosystems.

Programming Languages: Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

State Management: Experience with Redux, Context API, or MobX.

Styling Frameworks: Familiarity with CSS-in-JS libraries like Styled Components or frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS.

API Integration: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration best practices.

Testing Tools: Knowledge of Jest, React Testing Library, or similar tools.

Build Tools: Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack, Babel, and package managers like npm or yarn.

Version Control: Proficiency in using Git for collaborative development.

Soft Skills Required:

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a cross-functional team environment.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to project requirements.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for UI/UX details and performance optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,400,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
