Role & responsibilities
• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Assists guests and owners in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
• Knows all essential aspects of our resort or hotel operations.
• Registers guests and manages the rooming chart.
• Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers; and makes change for cash customers.
• Provides pre - arrival support for guests arriving on packages.
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Handling New bookings, guest arrivals, check-ins/outs, Housekeeping Operations
• Concierge services for guests
Educational Qualification -
• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program required
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative
• Flexible work schedule
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Operation freshers, management trainee, MBA, BBA, Supply Chain Intern, Bsc in Hotel management, Bcom , Diploma in Aviation, Diploma in Hospitality management, Operation executives, F&B managers with Operation experience can apply
