We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team at Cleancode IT Training and Placement Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling potential students, and converting inquiries into course enrollments. You will play a key role in growing our student base by promoting our courses and providing guidance on career paths. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
• Identify and generate leads through online and offline channels.
• Utilize social media, email campaigns, and other marketing strategies to attract potential students.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential students for follow-ups.
• Student Counseling:
• Counsel prospective students regarding Cleancode's courses and career opportunities.
• Assist students in understanding course benefits, career prospects, and placement services.
• Provide information on course fees, schedules, and course structure.
• Address student queries and guide them in choosing the right course based on their background and career goals.
• Conversion & Enrollment:
• Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective follow-up and counseling.
• Meet or exceed enrollment targets on a monthly basis.
• Assist students in completing the registration process and payment of fees.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all counseling sessions and lead interactions.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation, follow-up status, and enrollment conversions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Counseling, or related field.
• Proven experience in lead generation and student counseling (preferably in the education/training industry).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with potential students and influence decision-making.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
