The Front Office Receptionist will manage the reception area, welcome visitors, handle calls, assist with student inquiries, and provide administrative support. This role ensures smooth operations and a welcoming environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet students and visitors; manage inquiries and calls.
• Assist with student registration and course information.
• Coordinate with trainers for scheduling.
• Maintain records and perform data entry.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma (Office Management certification a plus).
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in education.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills.
