JOB TITLE: Front Office Receptionist (Female)

We are looking for an Front Office Receptionist who can keep the office running smoothly and efficiently by performing a variety of tasks, including the following:
Responsibilities
• Administrative tasks: Answering phones, handling emails, and directing calls
• Receptionist Tasks: Perform receptionist duties when needed
• Document management: Preparing, editing, and distributing documents, reports, and correspondence
• Data management: Maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and records
• Filing: Creating and managing organized filing systems
• Supporting staff: Providing assistance to other team members as needed
• Office supplies: Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
• Equipment: Maintaining office equipment like copiers and fax machines
• Meetings: Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites
• Accounting: Performing light accounting duties
• Communication: Communicating with clients and other people inside the business
• Office Maintenance: Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Requirements and skills
• Good communication to talk to Clients.
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Education: Graduate in Any Specialization
Timings - 9:00 AM IST to 6:00 PM IST.
