Job Description

Greeting Visitors: Welcome clients, guests, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.Managing Phone Calls: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.Handling Inquiries: Respond to queries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring accurate and timely information.Managing Appointments: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.Maintaining Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable.Mail and Package Handling: Receive and distribute mail and packages to the appropriate individuals or departments.Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.Security Protocols: Monitor visitor access, issue visitor badges, and ensure proper sign-in procedures are followed.Coordinating with Other Departments: Assist with internal communications and liaise with various departments as required.Supporting Events: Assist with the planning and coordination of office events, meetings, and other activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?16,400.00 - ?26,600.00 per month
