We are hiring for Front Office Cum Receptionist for one of our Key client
Location : Chennai
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Experience : 4+ years
Customer Interaction
Greet visitors, clients and employees with a professional and friendly manner.
Answer direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
Address inquiries and provide basic information about the organization.
Administrative Support
Manage the reception desk ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Schedule appointments meetings and conference room bookings as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and deliveries.
Maintain records, logs and other documentation for front desk activities.
Office Coordination
Liaise with various departments for administrative support tasks.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
Assist with travel arrangements and expenses.
Coordinate visitor badges, security clearances and sign-in procedures.
Problem-Solving
Resolve minor issues related to scheduling, facilities or visitor inquiries.
Escalate concerns to appropriate staff or departments as needed.
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist or administrative role required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with office equipment's (e.g. Copiers, Fax machines, Phone systems).
