Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Reception:
• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
• Client Interaction and Support:
• Assist clients with inquiries about property listings, appointments, and general information.
• Schedule property showings and coordinate appointments for real estate agents.
• Provide information on available properties, open houses, and market trends.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist in preparing and distributing real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements.
• Manage and update real estate listings on various platforms and websites.
• Coordinate with real estate agents to ensure smooth office operations.
• Office Coordination:
• Manage office supplies and inventory related to real estate marketing materials.
• Coordinate office meetings and events, including setting up conference rooms and catering arrangements.
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for client records and documents.
• Marketing Support:
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including property flyers, brochures, and newsletters.
• Update and maintain social media profiles and online listings for properties.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
