As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be responsible for taking care of guests and customers. Your work mainly involves interacting with customers and business partners, either in person or through phone calls. You will also assist in organizing work documents. You will have to handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence. Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time. Skills Required: Customer service skills. Must know MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), E Mail. The ability to work well with others. To be thorough and pay attention to detail. Administration skills. Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure. Sensitivity and understanding. Must have a pleasing and polite personality. Age: Below 35 years.
