Job Description

• Greeting clients : Setting a positive atmosphere by greeting clients
• Answering phones : Answering and routing phone calls
• Managing mail : Overseeing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
• Organizing files : Maintaining and organizing files and records
• Creating documents : Creating and maintaining documents and spreadsheets
• Operating office equipment : Using office equipment like printers and photocopiers
• Bookkeeping : Organizing bookkeeping and issuing checks and invoices
• Recording meeting minutes : Recording meeting minutes and dictations
• Managing inventory : Performing an inventory of office supplies and ordering what is needed
• Managing visitors : Managing the flow of visitors
• Scheduling : Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events
• Handling inquiries : Handling inquiries and sorting mail
• Customer service : Being friendly, professional, and attentive to the needs of clients
• Interpersonal communication : Having excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Handling guest complaints : Handling guest complaints and questions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
