Job Description

Qualification and skills required:

1. H.S.C./Graduate

2. Should be well versed with Microsoft Office

3. Having Tally software knowledge will be an added advantage

4. Experience in similar role will be an added advantage

5. Strong communication and organizational skills

6. High level of professionalism and courtesy

7. Excellent time-management skills

8. Works well with others and can multitask

9. Great attention to detail

Note: Candidate should be currently residing in Mumbai

Salary will be finalized depending upon experience and as per market standard

Roles and responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors or clients and directing them appropriately.
• Notify relevant management/employees when visitors arrive.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls and provide relevant information
• Directing the phone call to appropriate person when required
• Dispatching and receiving courier
• Providing general administrative support
• Managing office supplies and inventory
• Updating records of office supplies and inventory (Example - Stationery)
• Assisting other staff members in their office work if required
• Maintaining a professional and organized front desk area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Work Location: In person
