Showroom Executive (Female)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic female showroom executive to join our team at Global Suzuki located at Palakkad. You will be the face of our dealership, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting Suzuki two-wheelers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet and welcome customers to the showroom
• Provide information about Suzuki products, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Assist customers in selecting the right two-wheeler based on their needs and preferences
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Sales:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships
• Negotiate deals and close sales
• Process sales transactions and documentation accurately
• Showroom Maintenance:
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Ensure proper display of products and marketing materials
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Passion for customer service
• Basic knowledge of two-wheelers and the automotive industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
