Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Account Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support. Additionally, you will assist with basic accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

1. Manage front desk operations, welcoming clients and handling incoming calls.

2. Provide administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.

3. Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as accounts payable and receivable.

4. Record and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system.

5. Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring effective scheduling.

6. Respond to inquiries, providing information to clients and visitors.

7. Maintain a clean and organized reception area and office space.

8. Manage office supplies and coordinate with maintenance services.

9. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.

10. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
