Job Responsibilities - Front Office Receptionist



Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner. Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the

HotSoft PMS

. Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries promptly. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth room turnovers. Maintain accurate guest records and update necessary data in the system. Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism. Process payments and issue invoices or receipts. Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner. Ensure guest satisfaction and provide concierge services when required. Assist with administrative and back-office duties when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?17,723.09 per month
