Position: Front Office Receptionist
Location: Hotel Golden Peacock, Haridwar
Reports to: Front Office Manager
Role Summary:
The Front Office Receptionist is the face of Hotel Golden Peacock, responsible for delivering excellent customer service to guests. This role involves managing the front desk operations, checking guests in and out, handling inquiries, and providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Check-In/Check-Out:
• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Assign rooms and issue room keys or cards.
2. Guest Assistance:
• Provide information about the hotel, amenities, and nearby attractions in Haridwar.
• Address guest complaints or requests promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist with bookings, special requests, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
3. Administrative Tasks:
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
• Maintain accurate records, including room availability, guest details, and billing information.
