• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly check-in experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests with information about the property, amenities, and local attractions.
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
• Ensure accurate registration of guests, and handle check-in and check-out procedures.
• Collect payments, verify billing, and handle cash and credit transactions securely.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other communication channels promptly.
• Provide clear information about hotel policies, services, and facilities.
• Maintain an accurate and updated log of daily activities, guest information, and occupancy status.
• Prepare reports and summaries as required by the management.
• Build rapport with guests to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits.
• Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate action to resolve any issues.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations and report any discrepancies.
