Front Office Receptionist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve maintenance issues (AC, electrical, genset).
• Handle banking tasks and errands.
• Coordinate document scanning with external vendors.
• Visit E-Sampark centers for administrative services.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Assist in organizing office events and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous administrative experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
