About part time job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on the management of the front desk
2. Handling front desk operations
3. Attending incoming and outgoing calls
4. Transferring calls to various departments
5. Dispatching courier mail and keeping a record of them
6. Working on coordination of ID and other visitors\' cards
7. Distributing inwards documents received
8. Working on payments of bills
9. Handling all of the company\'s petty cash
10. Working on the utilities and maintenance of furniture
11. Booking services for the company
12. Faxing documents to various locations promptly
