:Job Title: Lobby Manager
Function: Front Office
Location: LonavalaPrimary PurposeThe Lobby Manager will oversee the lobby operations to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle guest inquiries and complaints with efficiency, manage lobby staff, and ensure that the lobby area is always welcoming and well-maintained.Key Responsibilities:1. Guest Services:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide information about the resort, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Ensure VIP guests and special occasions are recognized and catered to.
2. Operations Management:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of lobby staff, including concierge, bell desk, and front desk agents.
  • Ensure the lobby area is clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
  • Oversee the check-in and check-out processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
3. Staff Management:
  • Train, mentor, and motivate lobby staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve service quality.
4. Guest Experience:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of personalized service and attention to detail.
5. Safety and Security:
  • Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed within the lobby area.
  • Coordinate with security personnel to address any safety concerns.
Job Expectations:Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
