1. Reception Management:
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a positive attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and emails efficiently.
• Manage appointment schedules and maintain the visitor logbook.
2. Guest Services:
• Coordinate with internal departments for visitor appointments.
• Offer refreshments to guests and ensure their comfort.
3. Administrative Support:
• Assist with travel bookings, meeting room scheduling, and event coordination.
• Maintain and replenish office supplies and stationery.
• Handle courier and mail management (inward/outward).
4. Records & Data Management:
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Update and manage employee contact databases and internal directories.
5. Coordination & Reporting:
• Liaise with vendors for office equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with the facilities team for cleanliness and safety protocols
