Position DescriptionBusiness Division:Corporate OfficeDepartment:Admin.Location:GurgaonPosition Title:Front Office ManagerLevel:Upto Sr. ExecutiveReporting to (Title):Lead - AdministrationPosition PurposeThe position is responsible for managing the Front Office Operations including - handling the incoming and outgoing calls, visitor management, Post Management, Meeting Rooms Management, and Security Management and supporting the team in extending the support to the employees.Strategic Responsibilities.Operational Responsibilities

  • Handling all incoming and outgoing calls
  • Visitor / Guest Handling - Visitors should be attended with good hospitality. Complete record should be maintained for visitors.
  • Booking and Management of Meeting Rooms / VC Rooms.
  • Security Management - Training to the security staff to attend the calls after office working hours. Proper checking, entry, handling and record management of material movement - inside/outside office premises.
  • Employee Engagement activities, Coordination with Building Management Team and other adhoc works viz. First Aid Box Management, support in Admin. etc.
  • Management & issuance of Corporate and Office Stationery along with other office consumables.
  • Post Management - Handing in-bound and out-bound couriers
  • Coordinate with Administration vendors.
  • Prepare trackers & reports on key Admin processes as directed by Reporting Manager.

  • Working Knowledge of office equipment - Phones, copies, scanners, filing systems.
  • Good proficiency in MS-Office
