Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and analytical " Front Office (Guest Relationship Executive)" to join our team at Wellness Center-Rishibhumi. Rishibhumi Naturopathy Wellness Center seeks a dynamic and experienced Activity Manager to design, manage, and enhance our wellness and recreational programs . The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities to ensure our guests have an enriching and rejuvenating experience .

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent guest service and maintain a friendly demeanor at all times.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of guest rooms and public areas .
• Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements :

• For Associates :
• Fresher Candidates/Experienced both are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior hospitality experience is an advantage but not required.
• Diploma in Hotel Management (IHM) must have.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Candidates from Himachal Pradesh given preference.
