Job Summary:
As a Front Office & Guest Relations , you will be the first point of contact for guests. You will manage travel and transportation needs, address guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that arise. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Front Office Operations:
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Guest Relations:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance their stay.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly.
Travel Desk Services:
• Assist guests with travel arrangements, including transportation, Meets, and activities.
• Provide information on local transportation options, including taxis, car rentals, and public transit.
• Book and confirm travel and Meet reservations for guests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and activities.
Any Degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year Previous experience in a front office, guest relations, or travel desk role preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?14,000.00 per month
