Roles / Responsibilities for the position advertised:
1. Accomplish Administrative, Operational and Technical aspects to ascertain the effective execution of all the procedures of the clinic.
2. Handle transactions (e.g., billing, payments, procurements) and communications (e.g., phone, email)
3. Manage inventory (e.g., stock keeping, dispensing)
3. Maintain accounts for the clinic transactions and update clinic database
4. Undertake steps to increase sales via various means such as creating a brand image through different marketing techniques, counselling of patients, up selling and continuously motivating the staff.
5. Maximize customer satisfaction by sticking to the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and continuous improvement of the quality of services while improving the skill set of the staff.
6. Any other house-keeping responsibility that may be delegated from time to time

• Eligibility:1. Must be a graduate with work experience in the field of Dermatology / Beauty/ Wellness. Preference will be given to those with BPharm/ DPharm qualification and to those with working in a clinic2. Must possess good team and documentation skills3. Must be attentive, punctual, pleasant conduct
