Front Office Executive(Kumbalangi,Thekkady,Ooty)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage the front desk and ensure a tidy and organized reception area.
Handle inquiries via email, phone, and inperson.
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
