Job Summary
This position performs customer service and administrative activities including greeting & assisting visitors, directing incoming calls, receiving, assigning, tracking, monitoring and status reporting of work/ service requests and preventive maintenance routines utilizing several platforms.
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties and Responsibilities:-
• Greet, assist and/ or direct visitors and guests appropriately.
• Receive, direct and relay telephone calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Responsible for both Incoming & Outgoing call management.
• Responsible for customer service orientation.
• Responsible for responding to visitor's queries professionally and courteously.
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining stock of office supplies.
• Overseeing the general appearance of the office as well as keeping supplies well stocked.
• Responsible for assisting in making meeting room reservations, catering arrangements and travel bookings.
• Responsible for maintaining stationery register, stationery procurement and consumption monitoring.
• Responsible for recording and handling incoming and outgoing couriers.
• Responsible for House-Keeping activities including availability of pantry items and consumption monitoring.
• Administrative support to the HRD Department for fulfilling the initial process of interview.
Qualifications and Skills
A candidate should be minimum Graduate in any stream.
A candidate should have pleasing personality.
This position is for only female candidates.
