Front Office Executive at Hotel Lake View (Airport Zone)
Become the welcoming face of Hotel Lake View Airport Zone! As a Front Office Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm, efficient, and memorable experience for each visitor.
Responsibilities
• Guest Check-in and Check-out:
• Efficiently register guests, assign rooms, and issue keys.
• Process payments and verify guest information.
• Manage guest check-outs, ensuring accurate billing and collecting valuable feedback.
• Reservation Management:
• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process reservations, confirm bookings, and manage room availability to optimize occupancy.
• Guest Service and Communication:
• Provide exceptional service by promptly responding to guest inquiries and requests.
• Offer knowledgeable assistance with hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and maintain a positive, helpful demeanor.
• Concierge Services: (This could be optional depending on the specific role)
• Assist guests with arranging transportation, tours, and other activities.
• Provide recommendations for local dining, shopping, and entertainment.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Manage mail and packages, maintain a clean reception area, and assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Guest Service Agent, or similar role in a hotel environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one other regional language.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using hotel software, including property management systems (PMS), is highly desirable.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
