Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate department.
Handle visitor registrations, maintain attendance records, and issue visitor passes.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and office supplies.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
Any bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a front office or receptionist role.
