Key Responsibilities
:
1. Handling guests and visitors including vendors, candidates, new joiner, employees, relatives, etc.
2. Handling internal and external calls and direct them to the desired extension.
3. Taking care of dispatch section.
4. Managing front office area in terms of cleanliness, discipline as per company policies.
5. Updating the intercom contact list.
6. Preparation of weekly / monthly MIS reports as required by the management and ensure that all related activities are carried out as per specifications.
7. Coordinating in company's events, festivals etc. at H.O.
8. Handling any other miscellaneous job as per need and as directed by the supervisor.
Additional Skills
:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, pleasing personality.
• Fluency of spoken and written English language is must.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a problem-solver.
• Should be able to handle EPABX, Fax systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Preferably female candidates.
Qualification
:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a corporate or office environment.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management or any related field is preferred.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Knowledge of office management and basic administrative procedures.
