Job Description

• Welcoming visitors : Greet visitors and direct them to the correct person or office
• Answering phones : Answer and transfer phone calls to the correct department or employee
• Handling mail : Sort and deliver mail to employees, and sign for deliveries
• Scheduling appointments : Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for employees
• Maintaining records : Keep office records up to date, and maintain filing systems
• Performing clerical tasks : Copy, file, fax, and print documents
• Providing customer service : Respond to customer inquiries, solve problems, and deal with complaints
• Maintaining the reception area : Keep the reception area and common areas clean and tidy
• Following security procedures : Monitor the logbook and issue visitor badges

Located in Kolkata only

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
