About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Office Executive to manage the front desk at the upcoming National Aircon Experience Centre in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will greet and assist visitors, explain product details, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Office Management:
• Welcome and assist visitors at the HVAC Experience Centre.
• Maintain a well-organized and professional front office.
• Manage phone calls, inquiries, and appointments efficiently.
• Customer Interaction:
• Explain HVAC product features, benefits, and specifications to customers.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of National Aircon's offerings and services.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team by identifying customer needs and directing leads accordingly.
• Effectively negotiate and persuade customers to choose suitable products.
• Maintain a record of customer interactions and feedback.
• Coordination and Reporting:
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on customer visits and inquiries.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer-facing or sales role, preferably in HVAC or related industries.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic software tools.
• Attributes:
• Professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical product details.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
