  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages when necessary.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, including reception area, lobby, and conference rooms.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient handling of inquiries and requests.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as requested.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Provide basic information to visitors regarding office hours, directions, and services offered.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the management team.
