•Overview• We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our Hospital. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong data entry skills, and have proficiency in Billing, Patient care, soft spoken and office tasks. If you are looking to contribute to a dynamic work environment, this role may be perfect for you. •Duties• - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Manage incoming calls and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette - Utilize computerized systems for various administrative duties - Provide clerical support to the office staff - Maintain an organised reception area •Experience• The successful candidate should have experience in the following: - Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial transactions - Ability to type accurately and swiftly - Familiarity with Google Suite for office tasks
