We are looking for a skilled and personable Front Office Executive to manage the reception and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the face of our company, responsible for handling front office tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism
• Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming inquiries
• Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars
• Support with basic administrative tasks and data entry

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in front office or administrative roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Proficient in MS Office and other basic office software

Job Type: Full-time
