Handle basic administrative duties such as filing.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records when needed.
Assist with basic HR tasks such as maintaining records.
Support the office manager or administrative staff with additional duties as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications or college degree is a plus).
Proven experience as a receptionist.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional phone etiquette.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
