• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Manage room assignments and ensure guest requests and preferences are met.
• Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Respond to guest inquiries about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Communicate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Operate the resort's property management system (PMS) and other relevant software.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates, packages, and promotions.
