About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and personable Front Office Executive (Receptionist) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience from the moment they walk in the door.
Responsibilities
• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar
• Manage patient flow and ensure the waiting area is clean and comfortable
• Process patient paperwork and insurance information
• Collect payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Stay up-to-date on clinic policies and procedures
Qualifications
• Graduate Degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive and professional attitude
• Working knowledge of medical terminology a plus
