- - Guest Check In, Check Out
- - Handling Checked In Guest Calls
- - Maintain Daily Accounts At Reception Desk
- - Print Reports Of Daily Reservations, Meal Plans, Check In, Check Outs Etc.
- - Supervise Housekeeping Operations
- - Handle Walk In Guest Enquiries And Provide Resort Tour
- - Supervise Event Operations
- - Reply To Emails And Support Chats
- - Prepare Guest Invoices And Booking Contracts
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
